Following our Initial Consultation we will prepare a detailed fee proposals which will outline the project brief, work to be undertaken at each stage and a breakdown of fees applicable to each stage. We will also detail the required Local Authority Statutory Fees and any additional Professional services necessary for the project (i.e Structural Engineer). We also send a link to the RIAS leaflet 'Why use a Chartered Architect'.
Following acceptance of our Fee Proposal we will issue an ASP/2018 Scottish Conditions of Appointment of an Architect fully detailing our appointment.
