At the end of 2015 we started working with the Findhorn Village Centre to provide designs for the renovation of the Findhorn Hostel.  The design proposals provided four dormitories and a communal kitchen/dining/living space.   The renovation work was completed in June 2016 and the client was delighted with the changes it made to the hostel.   

We also completed proposals for a new Community Studio Annex which adjoins the existing Hostel building.  The 42sqm building provides a flexible community space for craft classes. yoga and much more.  The design has clear connections to its coastal location and uses a subtle palette of natural materials.   The scheme gained both Planning and Building Warrant earlier in 2016.  The works were completed in 2017.
