Our client approached us looking to add an extension to the front of the property.  They wanted the extension to provide a new and welcoming entrance lobby and a large open plan living/family room accessed from the existing dining room.  The extension opens onto a decked area leading to the large garden.  The flat roof extension will be timber clad with timber windows.  A large roof light will allow lots of light into the living room. 

 

The project is now at tender stage.
