Our client wanted to create a new master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room.  The proposals also create a small study area in the link between the existing house and the new extension.  The extension follows the angle of the garden and provides the bedroom with views to the outdoor space.  The extension is clad in untreated larch with a mono-pitched roof and timber windows.  The proposals successfully gained Planning and Building Warrant and was completed at the beginning of 2020.  The clients are undertaking landscaping works including the construction of a retaining gabion wall.
