Our client approached us looking to create a small sunroom with a guest bedroom and ensuite.  Our proposals formed a flat roof link from the existing 11/2 storey house to a pitched roof extension.  The extension is timber clad with a metal profiled roof and timber windows.  The house is positioned on a steeply sloping site and there was limited space to create an extension.  By positioning the extension forward of the front elevation we were able to keep the extension away from the steep slope to the rear and side of the property.

We successfully gained Planning and Building Warrant Consent in 2021/22.
