We were approached by our client in 2019 to look at options for extending and improving a recently purchased 1980's property.  The client was looking for us to form a new entrance lobby, create an open plan kitchen / dining room and a master bedroom at first floor.  The existing front elevation was bland and uninviting with an imposing roof pitch therefore our design allowed for a new two storey extensions which helped to break up the elevation and form a welcoming entrance.  The extension was clad with a composite cladding board and metal profiled roofing.
