Our clients approached us looking to create an artist studio within the garden of their property.  The proposals would see the existing timber garage and shed replaced with a 13m x 4.5m timber clad studio with a corrugated roof and timber windows.  The building provides an artist studio and study space together with a garden store and workshop space.   

Planning Consent was not required for this project as it would be used as ancillary accommodation to the existing dwelling.
